Delivery times vary depending on how busy we are, how large the order is and at what time you order. We aim to deliver your food to you within 45 minutes from time of ordering. During peak times please allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

Collection times vary depending on how busy we are, how large the order is and at what time you order. We aim to have your food ready to collect within 20 to 30 minutes. During peak times please allow between 30 to 45 minutes.

Yes we do! Our menu is carefully labelled so Coeliac sufferers can easily tell which foods are safe for their consumption. If you have any doubts or, would like to request that another dish perhaps not labelled be made Coeliac friendly please contact the restaurant directly on 01233 668731 and we’ll be delighted to assist you in making your order safe.

Our menu has a dedicated special section especially for our Vegan customers which is clearly labelled and has it’s own section and submenu! All foods marked with a (Vegan) symbol are entirely animal produce free.

Our food menu naturally consists of many vegetarian friendly dishes and you can find these labelled clearly with a (V) symbol for your convenience. Most of our meat dishes can also be made in a vegetarian version as we do not use animal derived stocks or sauces for many of our dishes – Please check directly with the restaurant or our waiting staff.

We offer many dairy free dishes which are labelled (Dairy Free) on our menus. Please always check with a member of our team before placing your order if you are unsure or have any doubts on whether a dish is dairy free or not.

All orders that come through to us are swiftly sent to the kitchen to be prepared as to avoid any delays in our services. If you have placed an accidental order or, your order wasn’t exactly what you required please contact the restaurant within 5 minutes of ordering to cancel or amend your order. Should an order be placed more than 5 minutes ago, then a discretionary charge might be deducted from any refunds and the refunds remain at the discretion of the restaurant.

Our restaurant does have disabled access facilities and for wheelchair access, half of our restaurant is on ground floor with a ramp to access the higher raised level. Our large glass door is easily able to be opened and is wide enough to allow access to a mobility chair.

Absolutely! Our restaurant is very welcoming to families and children to. A high chair can be provided should you require one.

Due to licensing, we are only able to provide alcohol when it is purchased alongside a full meal (IE: Cannot be served to a Customer ordering only a starter or a side dish). We appreciate your understanding.

We have a large free car park situated directly in front of the restaurant which allows for many hours of free parking. Please check the signage when you arrive and park carefully in the centre of the lined bays to avoid any parking penalties. The parking is managed by a 3rd party parking company so please do check regularly on their terms and conditions of parking.

Our restaurant is situated in the Eureka business park which is only 6 minutes away from the Ashford International train station and minutes away from the M20 junction 9 exit. Please see below a snippet from Google Maps for your convenience.

We ONLY stock fresh meat and poultry from certified organic local farmers based primarily in Kent. All of our vegetables and produce also comes from local farmers which offer the freshest and best ingredients available. All of our trusted highly reputable farmers that supply us adhere to the highest in welfare standards and utilise best practices to offer us high quality meats and produce.

We do not use Meats & Poultry from outside of the UK.
